Hotel AV

Not far from the highway we found this abandoned hotel. After the owner passed away 10 years ago, the park of over 3 hectares has turned into a real wilderness. It was a challenge to find our way through the jungle, to get to the lake and the pool.

The hotel belonged to an Italian actress, who has a particular story. She actually didn’t enjoy being in the spotlight, so she decided to change her life and move to the countryside, away from the people. Here she could enjoy her hobbies such as sculpting and painting in peace. She ran the hotel on the same premises where she lived.

The hotel has about 50 rooms. Some of them green and moldy, while others remain untouched. On the ground floor there was a lounge, breakfast room and kitchen. Those last were quite trashed unfortunately.

Eventually the actress fell ill and she passed away not much later.
